workout Saturday

Well today I decided to mix it up a lil,

25 push ups
25 crunches
50 jumping jacks
1.43 mile run walk

Not too bad but I learned I have a long way to get back to what I used to run. On a positive note I have lost 5 lbs to put me at 200 and still losing. Well folks, let's do this...
