Snow shoeing and rollerblading all in one day I 'm so excited!!

Well we got ton of snow in the twin cities the last day and a half. So my bf and I are going snowshoeing this morning. He got me snow shoes for xmas but I have not really had a chance to use them yet. Haven't snowshoed since I was kid plus well have the dogs with us so it should be a great work out! Then after that we are going to see the movie on all of the short films, should be fun and interesting. Then after that we are going rollerblading at the dome, it will be our first time to go this winter. I love rollerblading!! So we have a busy day a head of us.
Well yesterday went good. Had a good breakfast / brunch kind of like a Greek omelet eggs with spinage, tomatoes and mushrooms, and I added roasted pepper flakes, onion, garlic, cayenne pepper and a smig of grated white cheese.
But I messed up in the late afternoon. I stated to get a headache, a returning one that I had woke up with so I ended up drinking Starbucks fraps coffees and 2 of them. Thursday and Friday morning I woke up with headaches. Thursdays was pretty intense I took 1000 mg of tylenal twice with in a hour, I think it might have turned into a migraine if I hadn't. So when I got Starbucks coffee yesterday I was afraid that I was cutting down drinking coffee to fast I don't know. My body is sooo sensitive to caffeine, I cant just cold turkey off of it, or I get really sick. I have been caffeine free before and do really good for a 4-5 months then something happens and I have that 1 cup and then I am wanting coffee every day.
I don't have those Starbucks fraps that often, maybe 1 every 10 days but I do drink coffee in the morning but have been switching back and forth with green tea. But I would like to even cut down the green tea cause I have to have sweetener and sugar free creamer in it and try to drink more water with lemon in it. Or try some mint in it that could be a nice pick me up in the mornings maybe ....minty lemony water.......
One of the other things I need to work on also is cutting out all dairy not eggs though. I am allergic to the casein in cheese and dairy products. And I was dairy free back 9 months ago for a about 4months but then I slowly stated eating it again.
