Maintained 7 pound loss.

I've been maintaining a 7 pound weight loss over several months, which was good but I still have LOTS more to loose. Trying to stay positive, although it's hard. Our weather is so dreary right now. I had a lovely carrot,cucmber,apple juice this morning. Trying to stay motivated.
