Blessings, February 23, 2013

Saturday, February 23, 2013

My goal is to list at least three blessings every day.

Here are today's blessings:

1. Our street has been plowed and our driveway is shoveled. The streets are passable and safe.

2. I have enjoyed my two snow days and I am ready to go back to work.

3. My family is healthy and happy.

4. I feel loved and I know that I am blessed with more than I can count.

5. Family, friends, and faith.

Feel free to list your own blessings. Have a wonderful day!

1 My son took 2nd place in his wrestling tournament.
2 We ate out and I had to wing it, still managed to stay in all my healthy nutrition ranges
3 Even though we spent almost 9 hours at the tournament plus drive time, I still managed to get in my 120 minutes of exercise

    My blessings today were......
    1. An "easy" day of stretching and strength training on Insanity.
    2. I was able to get three donations for a fundraiser for a little girl that has a brain tumor. (The items will be used for the silent auction or raffle.)
    3. I helped another friend get connected with an agency to help a young man with Aspergers Syndrome who recently lost his mom to breast cancer.

    It was a good day!

    1. Family, friends, faith.

    2. Snow cleared here for now . . . snowing again. I just KNOW the snow plow will be by the second the driveway apron is cleared. **SIGH**

    3. Talked w/my little sis and my cousin in MO yesterday. . . a foot of snow in MO for my cousin!
