Week 1, Day 7 of Shred Diet Plan - RESULTS!!!

First Week on Shred and weighed myself today, Day 7 since I will be away tomorrow.
Excellent first week, stuck to diet very well. Had to change a couple of items along the way and change around some meal to make fit my schedule, but wife and I did the best we could.
Began on Sunday 2/17 at 267lbs.
Today Saturday 2/23 at 258lbs.
- Lost 9lbs. in 7 Days.
Great start and I am looking forward to 2nd week. Today is the first time I weighed myself since I started on Sunday. Was not sure if the weight was coming off or not. Did think that I could see a change starting, but was scared to fully believe it, because I did not think the scale would show the same. But it did and I am now pumped for the 2nd week and the new changes I am going to make.
