For the past 5 weeks I have been exercising 2 days of strength training, and 5-7 days of walking.
I will switch one day of walking to biking for a change.
I have been doing one day of intervals for only 5 minutes (walk/jogging at the beach, in the sand). I will increase that to 2 days and increase the number of repetitions of the 15 seconds jogging and then 60 seconds walking from 5 times to 6 or more times , depending on energy levels.
Hope these small changes help. If not, I can make more drastic changes by consulting the Sparkpeople exercise demos.
