wake/up shake/up feb 23

mornings are hard on me because first, I|m a night person, and second I work at night surprisingly. so I|ve come up with a little trick that helps me get going and I hope will also help me take off those stubborn kilos and keep them off!
first thing in the morning I do ONLY FIVE MINUTES of exercising, a stretch, 3 min. cardio, then 3 or 4 exercises for the whole body.
the 5% challenge starts today, so for the next 8 weeks, I|ll be posting my shake/up plan for the week on the weekend, if anyone cares to join me.
1. in bed, stretch long, wiggle fingers and toes. yawn.
2. now get out of bed.
jog around, run in place as I do stuff like feed my furbabies, clean up a little etc.
simply run in place or run around doing what needs to be done, but shaking my body all the while.
3. stretch up high, then reach down and touch toes 3x
stand wide, stretch to either side (ear to knee)
twist from side to side holding arms way out to the sides
I|ve been doing this a while already and found my days have become more productive.
count 5 min. towards exercise points, too!
