Well, this week has been somewhat okay. I went over my food goals a few times. I worked out every night. I have gone over the calories to burn this week, again. A couple days I know that I didn't meet any of my food goals. But the other days I made up for it and I wasn't planning on doing that. I just hope that this week, I have still lost some weight instead of gaining. I guess that I am just going to have to keep working on the food thing a little bit more and a little bit harder, so that I can get it down and understand it more.

  This all takes time. If it was just so easy to do, we'd all be rail thin. You didn't put on the weight overnight, you won't take it off overnight. This is all a learning least it is for me. I am learning what my triggers are, the fact that I eat more when I'm irritable and tired. I'm also learning that with exercise that if I pay attention to it, I don't do it. I HATE IT. But stick something on the TV that I want to watch and suddenly the exercise time is done. What works for you may not work for someone else. Just don't beat yourself up about it....and whatever you do.... emoticon emoticon
