Tomorrow is a the 2nd Win Some Lose Some (wsls) competition @ the gym.
I will get weighed n measurements done. We also will do our for minute fitness test. One minute of jumping jacks (which I cant do cause I cant jump); push ups and then jump squats. I will have to modify and instead do step outs wall push ups and regular squats.
I m concerned about the weigh in as I have not made it to the gym since Tuesday and all I have been doing is eating and sleeping.
But tomorrow I will head to the gym to get my last chance workout in before the weigh in.
