Friday is here!
Usually I am not in a huge hurry for Friday to get here but this week has been a little more rough than I anticipated, so I am glad that the weekend has arrived. Nothing really bad happened (other than my car being hit), it was just super busy. I wasn't able to get as much exercise in as I wanted and I had a hard time tracking a couple of times (because I didn't have nutritional values for some foods that I ate while dining out). I did my best on estimating and things seemed to have gone well - today was weigh in day and I was down so I must have done something right! I also didn't get enough sleep this week. I am going to re-energize this weekend and next week looks like it is going to be much calmer so I shouldn't run into as much trouble. I am actually pretty happy about this outcome because it showed me that even when things are chaotic and stressful, I can still make this happen!
