Yay for me for making the first steps!!! 30 minute walk around the neighborhood. I feel good!! Thought of a million excuses of why I should posOStpone my first day BUT I DIDN'T LET THOSE EXCUSES STOP ME. so I am taking it one day at a time!!
Nutrition will be another goal I need to work on but as for now I am working on exercising consistently.
