I'm excited and motivated because I lost 1.8 pounds this week. I thought it might be a little more than that after my small gain last week, but I'll take it!
My February goal for the week is to increase my protein - especially at breakfast and dinner. (I seem to do okay for lunch but the other two meals need some work!) My doctor told me to do this months ago and I seem to have slacked off. Protein makes me feel full longer and helps me to fight fatigue. I know that I will have a successful week. I've tracked every day this month!
