I have mentioned before that I've always want to find time to exercise. When circumstances are that I can't exercise, I'm miserable. I need to take walk, jog or ride a bike. I need to move. Housework isn't enough. If I can't get out to exercise, I'll do exercise video, pace or even jog in place.

I think people that love to exercise will find a way to do it. I think people that hate it will make excuses not to. I think we tolerate exercise differently. I don't like to be sweat covered. I like moderate exercise. I like exercise that I can sustain for an hour or more. I don't mind high impact as long as it's part of a less vigorous routine. I think our likes and dislikes about exercise varies as much as any other characteristic.
