Yay Friday

It's Friday and it's raining I can tell that my bad eating habits are catching up with me not only am I having really bad stomach pains and gas, I have gained two pounds so I am stopping this right now before it gets out of hand. Since I have started my new job it has been very hard to turn down all the lovely sweets and stuff the people I work with bring. Not to mention every Monday and Thursday lunch is catered usually some really fattening cheesy drench in lovely fatness. So here is to me trying to have more will power and taking my lunch everyday. I am going to start fixing what I want to take on the weekend so I am not pressed for time. And I am going to try to get up a few minutes earlier so I can do some exercise dont know how that is going to work but here is to trying. Good luck everyone don't give up even if you are in a slump you have come to far to turn around.

    You can only do what YOU can only do. Having said that loving yourself is important and when you create your PLAN make sure it allows you to participate in some of the social eating with the group - maybe you could bring something healthy but don't even tell everyone that it is healthy unless they ask or tell you how good it is. Now that you know that lunch is catered on Monday and Thursday, PLAN to eat some of the food and fit it into YOUR PLAN. You might choose to have a light dinner on those days or to eat a low cal breakfast and dinner so that you can enjoy the lunch.
