Oh No I've fallen off...

Friday, February 22, 2013

Today, I fell off my wagon. I go to college on Monday and Friday. Monday is not so bad, I meet my husband for subway lunch. Last week I had a 6 inch turkey sub. mmm.. but today, I did not eat a proper breakfast, my husband is sick with a stomach flu (this is his fourth sickness this winter he's never sick). So No real breakfast so by lunch I was STARVING! I ended up at burger king 2 whopper jrs later and a small fry and I plugged it in and its over 1000 calories! What! I should have only had one sandwich but last time I did that I thought I should have had 2. LOL. So anyways.. today is ugh! not many freggies.. which is all I could possibly have the rest of the night.. so I'll get them in, and no time to exercise. ugh. Maybe I can get some things done before bed. I must hang in there.

Yes, you must hang in there! What's the alternative? Eat those freggies and just watch your numbers in the future. We all have those times when we don't track until afterwards and get the "ugh" feeling...because it's "too late"...it already passed the lips. But, we have to just draw a line in the sand and move on. You can do it! Keep up the good work! Thanks for the encouragement! Spark on! emoticon emoticon

Ah, don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow is another day, and we all slip up! It's a long haul thing. I've fond that if I eat what I am craving, even if it is naughty, I'm better in the long run.

    It's all good... emoticon emoticon

We all have days like those. Yesterday I did so good till Hubby brought home doughnuts & I wolfed down 4 of them-lol! Just focus on the positive little achievements!
