Menu Plan: Part 1

BOOKWORM27, who is a constant source of inspiration for me and who has had a major part to play in my weight loss/maintenance success over the past year, has encouraged me to bring some structure and consistency into my nutritional habits. I'm still trying to find out what works best for me, so I'll be doing some experimenting and tweaking... but this past week I tried sticking to a regimented planned menu and feel like I thrived all week. It's amazing how much energy I had and how stable my weight was!
So this weekend I'm going to be designing a menu plan for next week.
Also, regarding Lent... I had originally planned to give up all animal products but I am going to modify it to allow fish. I just can't live without fish and my hair falls out if I don't get enough protein.
