Quick update

I managed to fit in the gym today for cardio, but didn't have time for ST. I did manage to run 4.1 miles and pedal 11.1 miles. Add to that 3 walks with the dog and I am over 20 miles for the day. I am pleased with that. Now I just have to follow through on my plans to rest over the weekend. I know rest is essential, but it is so difficult for me to rein myself in. The weather is supposed to be unsettled for the next few days, so maybe that will help. The 5% Challenge starts tomorrow, which is always fun. Our first challenge is drinking water. That is no problem for me, as I drink about 16 glasses a day.
