Joined a gym this week. Also worked my 7pm to 7am shift - so would get off work, head straight to the gym and take a class, do a little elliptical and go to the sauna. It's going to be a habit after a few weeks - the class is a good idea; easier to just follow the leader. Don't have to decide anything, just do it; works for me. On days off running on the track, working out on machines and sitting in the whirlpool will be more time consuming and fun since I won't be so tired.
