I'm at 330 lbs right now but what I'm hoping that I can push past that and get into the 320's. I always end up hitting a plateau at that time. I don't know if it's something physical or emotional. I'm going to have to do more exercising. I'm just afraid that I will end up gaining trying so hard to do this. This is what has stopped me before. I will just have to try harder and work through whatever is holding me back from achieving my goal. Any tips or points would help. Thanks so much.
