No WUB for 2 weeks--OK!!! OK!!! 50% for those 2 weeks....

Friday, February 22, 2013

Well--- I just could not face the WUB for 2 weeks.. emoticon I would have gotten points for exercising and writing the WUB. So the percent would have been 50%. I guess that is not zero like I thought! emoticon

I don't want to put an effort factor into #6. It is just writing it or not writing it.

Thanks (to a GREAT FRIEND emoticon emoticon )for pushing me to make the WUB a tool for improvement and not just recording!

Thanks, Chris emoticon

Just remember it is a tool for you to use for your betterment, NOT to beat yourself up with.

A large portion of the journey is not only learning but using what we learn. When we make a mistake it becomes a chance to learn and change. Hiding from it doesn't allow us to learn and correct. You have amassed information and tools, now it's time to work on deciding to use them. That also means recognizing the choices and why you make those choices.

Don't forget that every single person 'fails', 'makes mistakes', and has 'errors in judgement'. It just means you're human like the rest of us. We do better and move forward in our journey when we try again and keep pushing forward. As the saying goes, "Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better." - Samuel Beckett

Amongst the learning and making decisions, if you start to feel down then celebrate the good choices you've made and reinforce why they worked so you'll make those choices again in the future.
