Very glad that Friday is here. I'm not happy that is looks like rain most of the weekend, but at least it won't interfer with my workouts since I do a lot of indoor stuff. I love using my Wii Fit Board to walk/step each night to get my steps in. Some nights have been better than others but I'm always working to ensure I get in my 10,000 steps each night. Not so good this week but doing better. I've gotten 3 days out of 5 over 10,000 steps. I've had better weeks but still not doing too bad. I just need to keep it up. My husband is even noticing some changes. It's always great to hear.
