So I know my goal is intense and I know that it's going to take a lot of work, but I'm up for the challenge!

I want to lose a lot of weight in 1 year and I know I can do it. Especially considering how unhealthy I am at this point. The changes will be pretty easy overall and the tracking is easy too.

My brain, however, is just not with it! Setting up my goal, it set 2 years to lose the weight. Nope, sorry! I want to do it in 1! So a few things have to change, but luckily I wasn't set on my routine yet.

Either way, it's the end of the first work week and I feel great. The true test is my weekends when I usually don't do anything. I think I will throw some gym time into my weekend somewhere. I'll probably still leave Sunday afternoon/evening as my "down time" as long as I get moving the rest of the weekend.

    Even if Spark shows that it will take 2 years to get to goal at the exercise and nutrition level you have inputed, it is not set in stone.

    If you feel comfortable with what you have put into place go with it. You can up either or both your exercise and nutrition levels later on to reduce the time it will take you to get to goal.
