So I know my goal is intense and I know that it's going to take a lot of work, but I'm up for the challenge!
I want to lose a lot of weight in 1 year and I know I can do it. Especially considering how unhealthy I am at this point. The changes will be pretty easy overall and the tracking is easy too.
My brain, however, is just not with it! Setting up my goal, it set 2 years to lose the weight. Nope, sorry! I want to do it in 1! So a few things have to change, but luckily I wasn't set on my routine yet.
Either way, it's the end of the first work week and I feel great. The true test is my weekends when I usually don't do anything. I think I will throw some gym time into my weekend somewhere. I'll probably still leave Sunday afternoon/evening as my "down time" as long as I get moving the rest of the weekend.
