It has been an up and down journey over the last 6 weeks, but as slow as it has felt, the scale doesn't lie! I am officially 8lbs down from where I was at the beginning of January!!!
I have read that the first 6 weeks is when your body is adjusting to the increased activity and better diet and that after that most people experience quicker weight loss. I have exactly 6 weeks until my vacation and am hoping that I can either match or exceed this 6 weeks in terms of weight loss. That would put me at 131, which is close enough for to my goal to make me want to continue and maintain.
What do you think? Can anyone offer me their insight?
