Whoah! I only got through half of the beginner session. I bought the DVD a few weeks ago, but Iíve been busy, and now sick. I really felt like burning some cals this morning though, so I popped it in. I love the simplicity of it. All the exercises are basic. The fit girls doing the workout worked up a good sweat, even the one doing the modified exercises. Iím looking forward to doing this regularly when Iím at full strength. Nice!
