More adventures in swing dancing...

Current weight: 149.6 lbs

I headed downtown for another swing dance event last night. Took the lesson at 7:00pm to 8:00 pm and then did the open dance for another hour. However, by the time I got home I was definitely too tired to wake up for the 5:30 am workout this morning.

Daily food intake so far:
1 can of sardines = 150 cal
8 oz of calf liver = 300
yogurt with stevia = 150
1 chocolate square = 80
3 servings of brocolli = 100
1 tbs of olive oil = 120
vinegar dressing
tea with stevia and almond milk = 50
total = 950

For my evening snack, I will have two hardboiled eggs (140) with tea and stevia (50 calories)

    Oh I miss the lesson days. Avid 2 stepper here. We don't have too many places to learn swing here let alone Hubs doesn't dance( no partner) Congrats on your two hour enjoyment time. You inspire me to go refresh myself.

    Sounds like you picked something fun to do for exercise and you planned your food well for today. Well done. (The exercise this morning would probably have been pushing it after last night. Your body needs some recovery time).
