Well, I'm really struggling lately to consistently eat healthfully. Last week I had a nasty cold and PMS so all I wanted to do is eat and I sure did. At least once I felt better I burned about 3000 calories doing my half marathon. I consistently struggle with my eating though. I love food and have a hard time with portion control. I try to look back and see that I've improved a bit but it's really wreaking havoc on my weight loss (or lack thereof). I try not to be hard on myself and try to focus on how eating healthy usually makes me feel better. I dunno. Maybe I need to find some new recipes to mix it up. Just hate not having "self control." Any ideas???
