Down 0.6 lbs yay!!

So I am down 0.6 lbs this week, it's not as much as I hoped, but the scale is still moving in the right direction, so this is definately a good thing.

I had a great week and I was able to work out 4 days, so far. I have an extremely busy weekend, but I don't see any reason I can squeeze in a quick workout.

This coming week is very busy as I have another test on Thursday to study for. But my biggest reward comes after my test, I am leaving for my vacation on Friday!!! I can't wait to leave the snow here and hit the beach.

Even better news, my son has lost 2.5 lbs total so far. He really loves to do just dance with me and since the kids were off school this week, we were able to do it a few more times than if they were in school. He's doing awesome!!
