Wow, did I get a surprise this morning. I did my usual in preparation for my weigh in. (I always wear the same thing.) I step on it and off three times to "reset it," otherwise my old weight often comes up again. I've changed the batteries, but it still does it sometimes. Anyway, I stepped on and.....I lost 2.6 lbs! Talk about surprised!
No, I'm not trying to lose anymore! I will start eating at the higher end of my calorie range, but I am happy! I'm starting to see triceps which isn't easy with the "chicken wings" that my mother and grandma gave me.
My legs look slimmer and my abs seem firmer.
I did realize, though, I need to work out earlier in the evening. I've been having trouble getting tired enough to go to bed the past couple of nights. (It may be that I knew we had another snow day.) So we'll try working out as soon as I get home or at that time when I'm not working!
I NEVER thought I'd be one of those "workout obsessed" people, but I am turning into one and I like it! Ok, ok, I like the results not necessarily the work out!
