I completed my 2 weeks on the other eating plan. First week went well. Second week was a struggle, AND I regained some of the scale loss from week 1, even though I was still following the same plan. I wanted that plan to work for me, but it didn't, and I have the vague memory that this is exactly what happened when I tried this eating plan in previous years.
So, on to another plan. Problem is, figuring out what that might be.
Well, the only way to proceed is forward, right?
