This week has been a long one! But I wanted to share all the good things that I have experienced since I gave up diet soda on 2/13/13!
1. I have way more stamina at the gym in my classes
2. I dont have to take naps on my lunch hour- I'm less sluggish through the day
3. I Dont have that horible craving for sweets anylonger. Its so much more controlled.
4. I feel that I am more regular- that food digests better too.
I have no idea if all these are linked from giving up the diet sodas- and it wasnt even as hard as I thought it would be to kick the 2-3 sodas per day habbit.
Just one more step in the healthy direction
