Week 8, Day 7

This week has went well. I have noticed my pants are getting a little baggier. I have decided that for tomorrow's weigh in, I will also measure myself. It has been 2 months since I have taken my measurements and I really ought to be taking them every 4 weeks. I figure that even if the scale still refuses to budge tomorrow, I have to have lost inches.

Yesterday for dinner, I fixed my creamy shrimp w/ tomato. Lunch was ham & swiss cheese roll-ups. Breakfast was coffee w/ cream, macadamia nuts & some cream cheese. Today for dinner I will fix taco salad, no idea for lunch yet. I may make cream cheese clouds for snacking on this weekend. I haven't decided on breakfast, torn between greek yogurt w/ raspberries or ham & veg omelet. Now to go fix my coffee. Have a great day.
