Up one pound from last week. Disheartening to say the least. I know it is only one pound, and I lost 5 last week but thought I was doing really well.
While checking my trackers - i realized that i am averaging very low on calories, protein and carbs. Where I have hit a few high marks on the fat column. What the heck?
So this week going to try and consciously eat closer to the range of each thing. I purposely go low on carbs - I will jump off the wagon if I eat too many carbs. But I can certainly bring the protein up and the total calories as well.
So that is my plan this week.
