WUB after not doing it for 2 weeks. This week 89% for 6 (baby step)goals

My WUB (weekly update blog) emoticon FEBRUARY 22nd :

I ate 'wrong' for 2 weeks emoticon emoticon and did want to put it in writing. It was too discouraging. BUT I did do lots of water aerobics during those 2 weeks!!!!

1.Working toward 500 Fitness Minutes goal for the month of FEBRUARY. 3 points emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Getting close to 1000 POINTS again for this month---February!

2. "Daily, base 2 of 3 meals on veggies." 2.5 points Spinach and feta cheese is delicious!
And I made kale chips, too!

3. " No more than one cup of coffee per day. emoticon And drink minimum of 8 glasses of water and/or green tea per day." 2 points...

4. "Limit SP time to 2 hours. ... emoticon... so "Me Time" is used for a hobby or seeing a friend or something active like taking a walk." 2 points

5. Water aerobics at least 3 times per week---- 3 points! Doing well on this goal--more than 3 times. emoticon emoticon emoticon

6. WUB Actually write the Weekly Update Blogs on these goals to keep me focused. 3 points! emoticon emoticon

    So what would've happened/not happened if you had done the WUB while you were 'eating wrong'? Sure, no one wants to face it when they're making mistakes, but how else do you learn? If you ignore the bad moments and focus on the good moments then how will you learn what's leading to the bad moments? It is one thing to face a bad moment, check in with yourself, and try to correct the problem, and another to focus on the bad moments and allow those to run your life; the 1st is healthy while the 2nd is damaging. It's also damaging to ignore the bad parts entirely.

Also, I've noticed that your #6 goal for doing the WUB is always 3 points when you do it. What is the objective measure for this? Does it take into account when you have skipped it for a few weeks or is it an automatic 3 points as long as you do it? Also, maybe it could take into account how much effort is put into it. Normally you mention something you did/didn't do to get those points and the last several times you were posting about what you would try to do better the following week.

    emoticon emoticon Still plenty of days left to get those exercise minutes in. Just do the math and figure out how much to do each day, then break it up into several smaller workouts throughout the day if you need to.
