-Drink at least 8 glasses of water
-Cardio + core work
-Log all food on tracker and stay with calorie range
Yesterday was not the best. I think I jinxed myself for calling myself out on having one good day, then one not so good day....
I ate pizza and bread sticks like there was no tomorrow last night, yet hardly ate anything all day. We got a big snow and the gym closed....don't let me fool you...the gym closed at 7, but I knew by 5 that I wasn't going to go. I did get all my water in and tracked my food, but went over in calories.
Today will be better, I'm sure of it. I have plans to do my core work on my lunch break and to hit up the gym for cardio right after work. I have water in hand, and after realizing I've been at work 2 hours already, I think I will go eat some BREAKFAST! It's time!
Today I dedicate all my good intentions and positive energy to quieting the mind. Still working on that one....
