Holla! 5 pounds down in 9 days. The math doesn't make sense to me, but it's a good thing. I like this kind of nonsensical math. I wish all scale readings didn't add up in this way.
It's Friday. I'm feeling good. Tomorrow I'm going snowboarding because my husband's officially on Spring Break!!!! Woohoo! I finally get to hang out with him and do fun things. With this added energy I have from the change in diet, it's going to be a really great week!
I finished reading Taubes book. Changed my life. Changed everything. I feel validated and legitimate. I feel like my concerns are finally being addressed. Thank goodness for critical thinkers like Taubes for challenging modern day accepted assumptions about diet and exercise. If things are going this well after just a week, I can only imagine what my life will be like thanks to finding this new perspective.
