Well weigh in was the other day. I lost an half pound but I am losing inches. This is just making me have to increase my workouts days. I can tell I am doing something because some of my pants fit a little looser, but that doesn't mean to start a full blown celebration. I am also giving myself to at least April to do a mini celebration.
I also have to increase my water intake. I don't want to add some flavor to it..I need to just drink it without anything additional.
