Why do I want to stay fit?

There are several reasons that I want to stay fit.. I have recently lost 25 lbs, looking to lose another 25 by August. Some of the reasons that I want to become fit are pretty simple. I want to continue to enjoy my life, so often I see people that are not participating in life due to poor habits, overeating, drinking and such. I want to be one of those people that continues to have a great life well after retirement. I am not even close to retirement age, however I want to be able to fully participate in everything that life has to offer.
