As of this morning I weighed in at 121, for 4 pounds lost this week! Looks like I'm doing something right. This morning I did a second Plyo X workout like I said I was going to. I also came up with the idea of sitting or laying on my stability ball while doing some of my weight exercises - going to try that and see how that works next week. Everyone have a great weekend!
