it sort of keeps me realizing what is my goal what i am focused on i used to love my truthometer (pedometer) but this is so much better as i can see how many hours i spent sleeping (sometimes i problem) and how many hours laying down ( i tend to lie down to watch tv as i have one disc in my back that acts up when i sit too long)
Also i realized that i dont' do ANY intensity training its all moderate, that will change next when when i start to incorporate Coach Nicoles new bodyshaping workouts into my routine.
Through some weird circumstances i am not teaching my yoga class anymore so i was freaking because thats 1 1/2 hours of activity i wont be having twice a week but its actually been sort of good and i feel its giving me a little more time to organize and get sturcutre.
I am also absolutely loving making and flavoring Kombucha and i am looking for the long term health not just losing weight but being outrageously healthy : )
Ps as i was packing my bowling ball around i realized how heavy 12 pounds can be and really it movitvates me to get that weight off my knees.
