Thursday - Turbo Fire (Week 6, Day 2 5K to 10K)

I did this workout after I got home from work. It was Turbo Fire 30 and Turbo Fire Tone 30. I can really feel it in my butt today. I thought my arms would hurt today, but it's really the butt area that hurts.
I was over my calories for the day and I really shouldn't have had as much pizza as I did. Next time, I'll try to remember how awful I felt after eating all of that.
I got my water in for the day.
Day 3 of 4 for the week for workouts this week!
