FEELING LIKE A FAILURE
If you are feeling like a failure and that no one really cares, remember that it takes a lot of failures before success is achieved. Nothing truly great or important happens overnight. It takes hard work, persistence and a strong faith in God. It takes time. Just keep at it and soon all the failures will lead to a breakthrough of success! We can learn from every failure. We need to stop getting distracted due to our feelings of failure only slows us down and remember that lessons from our failure are moving us forward.
1 Peter 4:19 “So if you are suffering in a manner that pleases God, keep on doing what is right, and trust your lives to the God who created you, for he will never fail you.” (NLT)
Dear Lord, we know that You will never fail us. When we feel down and out and like we have failed, we know You still have a plan. Please remove these feelings of failure we have and remind us that they are simply opportunities to learn and grow. Help us to know that as long as we are doing right in Your eyes, You will guide us to Your perfect will and the success You want us to have. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Whatever we are struggling in, there are others who are struggling as well. Let’s see what we can
do to help them today and take the focus off of us for a while.
When you are feeling low and lonely, it’s time to take your focus off of you and see who you can help.
Knowing we have failed is different than focusing on being a failure. When we feel like a failure, we need to remember that God created us to have a relationship with Him and when we do that, He will help us learn from our failures and focus on Him.
Deuteronomy 31:8 “Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.” (NLT)
