Imagine holding the amount of weight you want to lose as dumbbells in your hands. Then, visualize yourself walking, dropping the weights little by little and eventually running--completely free of the added weights.
the weight isn't a burden to me, it's a frustration. It's not fitting into clothes, feeling embarrassed to be naked in front of my husband, but more than that, it's the activity level - having to reduce the weights in class because it's just too heavy, or not being able to do that last rep. There's fear of sudden pain in my back or knee - that's what holds me back.
