Remember What You Are And What You're Not

Friday, February 22, 2013

So remember what you are and what you're not. Being healthy means nutrition and fitness yes, but it also means living in a way that makes you fulfilled and happy!

I didn't lose weight to "get healthy". I was 21 years old and WAS healthy, just fat. One of the advantages of losing weight on WW awhile back was that their program had food limitations, and those limitations forced healthy eating, goal or not. The result was weight loss. For me, weight control and health are two separate things. They just happen to involve some of the same principles.
