Wow.. what a time

I've been sooooooo busy since last time... I've power worked out and then I just finished two weeks of only 4 hours of sleep because I needed to be out of my home at least 19 hours a day... But that ended yesterday... And I started Jillian Michaels 30 days shred...

So I've just finished the second workout. And before I write the following, I know it is not recommended, but I do know what I am doing and I am keeping a lookout for everything and what my body tells me.. But I am trying to do the 30 days shred in less than 2 weeks... It's going to be hard, but it is going to be worth it :D When I finish this speed edition I will do it where I use it every second day and then I will in the day between do something else and have one day a week where I just relax and only need to think about my calorie intake.

My chocolate have not been doing too well when I haven't been home. I had absolutely no time to prepare food so my diet has been consisting of yogurt in a cup, tuna cans, fast food (I tried keeping it to salads to go and sandwiches - though it wasn't the case every time). And of course some candy/chocolate found it's way to my mouth...

With all this said.. Even though I haven't had time to sleep, plan my food or anything my weight has been stable around the 88 kg, so when I did my weigh-in this morning it was EXACTLY where I left off at 87,6 kg :D That's a start at least :D

So how are y'all doing?

  Same here! I was so happy that the scale at least hadn't gone up during the hiatus! Good luck with the 30 day shred! I get to start that one again here soon!
