Doing my best, making it through winter

Friday, February 22, 2013

Thank heavens, despite bitter cold that keeps advancing, then retreating, we've had sunshine many days. That alone has made things a bit easier.

It's now late February. Think I've managed to "cut my [winter] losses." November and December had so many ups and downs; and January, pretty much, was an extension.

Finally, last month and first half of this one, I realised, energy-wise and otherwise, I was pretty drained. That's just the way life often goes.

In the same moment, I know I'm blessed. Things could be so much worse. Signing up for Spark Coach, plus my spiritual coaching, and checking-in daily with SP have given me an extra push to help me get through to March, then April.

Tomorrow I'll have energy to "go out and meet the world." Before I get the day started I'd like to take doggy for a rebound-boot romp. Then, Saturday wraps another week. Looking forward to an aerial workout class. Should be niiiice... (Excited smile!)

Now, for a nice sip of tea... emoticon

Like you, I don't much like exercising in the cold, though you do a better job than I do of gutting it out. Hope today is better and the weekend even better than today!

I totally agree with you regarding this weather, I'm so ready for Spring & permanent sunshine (a least three months of it)
