Have you ever made a mistake you didn't realise was one when you first set out? I think I may have made one with my diet plan. But I am not absolutely sure how it needs to be fixed. I seem to be staying the same weight over periods of weeks, even though diet has improved and exercise has been increased.
A few clues are starting to come to the surface but I wonder if I know all I need to know to fix this? I think maybe I am not eating enough protein sometimes, so this week I am trying to increase the amount of protein in my diet. I wasn't eating enough over the course of a day, so I have added some snacks.
Now we wait.
