Sticking to intentions

I feel great this morning!
I made a list of intentions that I was going to stick to for a few days that normally would have been difficult. Usually when I am left alone for a few days, I revert back to old eating habits.
I've been known to eat popcorn and candy for dinner...
And lying around watching DVD's because I feel sorry for myself.
Now I just looked at my list every day and then just followed it! It gave me an anchor to hold on to. So another little life challenge dealt with successfully! It felt strange but also good to cook a healthy meal just for myself. Usually I'd think, why bother?
Thank you soooo much my spark friends! It was your encouragement that kept me on track. I took my walks outside and went to the gym with thoughts of you all and knew I couldn't let you or myself down.
