90 minutes of hard workout

Friday, February 22, 2013

I have one more day left to go to the gym this week!! I get off at 10 am so should be able to get at least 90 min in !! That will be 4 days of at least 90 min so I am pleased!! My shoulders are hurting tonight may of pushed strength too much today so will focus on legs abs and cardio tomorrow !! I only go to gym on work days cause I live hour away from gym!! I usually get in 5 days but sometimes only 4! Anything is better than doing NOTHING!! I sometimes need to remind myself of this !!

Today's Uplifting Message

WHO TOLD YOU SO?

Are you stuck in a rut today because of the negative words that have been spoken over you in the past? In 1 Samuel 17:33 we see that before David faced Goliath, he heard accusing voices: "You are not able to go out against this Philistine and fight him; you are only a young man, and he has been a warrior from his youth." But instead of listening to what others said, he chose to listen to what God said.

He knew he was called, chosen and equipped to defeat that giant; and today, you are called, chosen and equipped for victory, too! This is how Joel Osteen puts it: "I am who God says I am."

What we're saying in effect is, "I am not who my chemistry teacher says I am." "I am not who my ex-husband or ex-wife says I am." "I am not who my critics say I am," and nowadays, "I am not who the bloggers say I am." Instead, "I am who God says I am." That means we are anointed. We are equipped. We are talented. We are redeemed. We are blessed. We have the favor of God!

Today, if you've been held back by negative words spoken over you, ask yourself, "Who told me I'm not tall enough?" "Who told me I'm just average?" "Who told me that I'm not that talented?" Let go and forgive those people. Stop listening to the wrong voices. Listen to God, and take the limits off of your life!

Unfortunately sometimes those negative messages come from within. For me, it's a daily challenge to change the channel from negative to positive!

I do that very well when I hear others berate themselves but need to work harder on finding the positive for myself!

Love the message!!! I'm reposting on facebook (with due credit ;-D)

"I know my identity, my name is Victory" a line from one of my favorite uplifting gospel songs! We are more than conquerers, and any battle that we embark on we have already won through the grace of our Heavenly Father and our Lord and Savior.
