So I've been slacking off on my eating and tracking the last two days. But I will make myself do it tomorrow! And I did a hour of Zumba tonight instead of 45 minutes to help offset all the candy I've been eating.
I love Zumba. I've just always enjoyed dancing, so it's a really fun way for me to exercise. I especially love the Latin beats and dance moves. And I have a little flouncy skirt I wear when I do it at home. It's a little short for the gym. :) I guess I could wear it with leggings, though. But the class at my gym isn't very good. I'd rather just do my Zumba Rush Kinect game at home. And then I can do it anytime, too! And I still have the pressure of doing good because I like to get 5 stars on everything. :)
