Week 6 Day 1 P90X

Well, with this nice sinus infection, I still managed to get an amazing workout in. I even had periods of muscle failure. I love muscle failure!! But I can feel myself getting stronger and stronger!! I made it halfway through Ab Ripper X without stopping and I'm able to correct "heels to the heavens/pulse ups". I've never been able to do that one correctly, but little by little, I'm getting it right. It makes my lower abs burn like crazy though.
Beach Body Coach news...I've been studying and learning all I can about the business. I love Beach Body. I'm also in love with Shakeology. Day 2 and I can already tell a difference in my cravings, BM, energy, and mood. emoticon It just keeps getting better!!!
